Bambai Ka Tadka captures the unnoticed poetry of Mumbai’s everyday life.
Dadar bursts with the chaos of its flower market, Dhobhi Ghat mirrors the city’s rhythm through lines of hanging clothes, and Chandivali transforms our studio’s fans, fabrics, and machines into memory and art.
Together, they celebrate the beauty hidden in Bombay’s daily spectacle.

Bold, cinematic, and full of flair Bambai Ka Tadka channels the glitz of old Bombay through a modern lens.
A riot of colour, rhythm, and energy, it turns the city’s chaos into a stylish, choreographed spectacle.
Styling Directiion
A modern rewrite of 1940s glam guided the styling, rolled retro rolled up hair, clean makeup, stockings, and a final touch of edge via sunglasses.
The looks were built through intentional layering dresses and skirts over trousers, dramatic lapels and collars, and ties transformed into belts and styling accents.

A snapshot of our development journey, intial rough sketches, silhouette trials, layering experiments, and embroidery swatches.
